About “Dance For You”

Beyoncé’s video for the new song “Dance For You” is made up to look like an old film noir, but all those genre touchpoints are really just distractions. The video, it turns out, is really just five minutes of Beyoncé grinding, and you already know whether that’s something you want to watch. This much, however, is indisputable: Beyoncé is very good at grinding. And, perhaps more debatably, she also deserves some credit for refusing to hide her pregnancy while, at the same time, being sexy as fuck in an extremely public way. Lady Gaga’s “Marry the Night” single which debuted online on Thursday (Dec 1st) – The visual in support of the Fernando Garibay-produced song (fifth single from the Grammy-nominated ‘Born This Way’ album) was directed by Mother Monster herself and choreographed by Richard Jackson. This song is the first track of Taylor Swift’s new album, Fearless that will be released the next November 11th, 2008. The music video has been premiered today on CMT. Also, it is the first official single in being released. At the moment, there is available a special limited edition as pre-order.
